Palmetto Dunes

Palmetto Dunes is a unique plantation on Hilton Head Island. Beautiful fine white sand beaches (3 miles), elegant homes, a continuous 12 mile lagoon system, 3 golf courses, a colorful harbor (Shelter Cove - with restaurants, shops, and entertainment), 6 miles of bike paths, and three resort hotels (Hilton, Marriott, Disney), highlight this plantation.


The harbor side is the public side and includes an elegant indoor shopping mall. Sheltor Cove provides free entertainment during the busy part of the season, including a weekly fireworks show.





The ocean side is the private (gated) side, except for the resort hotels and the ocean-side restaurants.

Between the ocean side and the harbor side, there are 18 restaurants in Palmetto Dunes.
